Dawn dish detergent isn't the same as when you first introduced your product; even when you get platamin version. With the price going up you produce poor quality of product? What can you do? l
Your product is not the same as when you were first introduced to the public; not even the platinum formula. I'm tired of constantly emptying and redoing the water for each type of dish: glasses, bowls, dishes, and then the rest of pots and pans! What can be done to improve your product for consumers?

Mold is growing inside a dish detergent bottle. I didn't notice it for a while because it's in and out of the lid on the bottom of the squeeze bottle.
When I reached out, they said to clean the dirt from the cap, but it is not dirt. It's mold growing inside the bottle.
They said they'd get back to me but haven't. Yuck, cleaning dishes/food utensils with mold.

It’s just so *** weak and my dishes are greasy
I've been using Dawn for years, but for the last year, it doesn't take the grease off my dishes even after letting them soak in very hot water. I'm so tired of being sold below-quality stuff for higher prices. I'm just going to buy the cheap stuff; I'll probably get better or the same quality and keep more money in my pocket.

New Clean Scent
I have used Dawn dish soap for over 30 years. I was at Target, and the only purchase for Dawn was the new clean scent.
Too much smell for a person with allergies. I cannot even imagine washing a duck covered with petroleum with this terrible smell!
Please give us Dawn lovers back the non-smell. Mary

New Dawn scent is disgusting. I've used Dawn for decades and now, will not purchase it again.
I have to breathe through my mouth while washing dishes, so I don't have to smell this "new" fresh scent. Makes me nauseous. What were you thinking?
Who justified their job by changing the scent? They need to be fired.

I got a terrible headache from New Palmolive and New Dawn dish soap! Horrible.
They need to go back to their original formulas. As I'm writing this, my head is killing me because I just tried the New Palmolive dish liquid.

Stopped up toilet
After several hours of plunging and adding boiling hot water we decided to put some Dawn detergent directly into the stopped up toilet bowl. Leaving it sit for about 25-30 minutes then adding boiling hot water we were finally able to flush the toilet.
Dawn saved me the cost of a plumber. Thank you.

New scent gives me headaches
I always loved Dawn. I use it for everything.
The new scent is horrible, stays in skin and dishes, making it now unusable. It gives me a terrible headache.
I dont know anyone who likes it. It is so disgusting, and hazardous to those who are sensitive to strong scents.

Dawn new clean scent is terrible!
I bought my usual large bottle of Dawn not realizing the New clean scent label. This is a joke.
I got an instant Headache and could not use this product. I have used Dawn original scent my entire life and never will again.
I actually went and bought Palmolive which is a no-no in my family. Im so disgusted with P&G for this change and will not recommend it to anyone I know!

I'm a cleaner and the (ORIGINAL FORMULA) Dawn dish soap, has/ was ALWAYS in my bucket. I couldn't handle this horrible (new formula) change! WHY?! Would you want to change something that people have been using for YEARS?!
I have many sensitivities and This (NEW FORMULA) triggered my allergies. This caused my eyes to burn, nasal congestion, headache, skin irritation, coughing and airways to be irritated.
I WILL be returning this HORRIBLE product and getting my money back and will now be using a different product. VERY SAD & DISAPPOINTING to change something that has been the around for YEARS just to make a buck...

Dawn dish soap is crap now. It is watered down, and I have to change my dish water with using more dish soap.
It does not remove the grease as it used to. I am switching to another brand.
I'm not fortunate enough to own a dishwasher!

I was going to write P & G a note to tell them the NEW clean scent of the Dawn dish soap was terrible for humans with allergies!!! I could not find a place on their web site to tell them. The NEW clean scent hurts my body!
